What to Know

Taking on the world isn’t always easy. The DuPont Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by ComPsych, is designed to take some of the pressure off.

About the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP provides assessment, evaluation, and referral for behavioral health and substance misuse treatment to all DuPont benefits-eligible employees and their dependents.

Through the EAP, you and your family members receive 12 free counseling sessions per issue, per year. The EAP can help you through just about anything: depression, anxiety, financial issues, or a generally bad day. All sessions are confidential.

If additional care is needed beyond the 12 free EAP sessions, we encourage you to contact Aetna One Advisor (A1A) at 1-866-603-9957. If you’re enrolled in a DuPont Medical Plan, you’re eligible for additional support through Lyra Health and telemedicine.
