How It Works
If you are currently pregnant, seeking to become pregnant, or postpartum, you can lean on a range of programs and resources through Carrot for support. This includes:
- Access to experts for one-on-one coaching on a range of topics. These experts include midwives and OBGYNs for medical questions, doulas for labor, birth plans, and postpartum questions, lactation consultants, emotional well-being experts, and more.
- Dynamic, self-serve content including articles, videos, and guides by trimester and postpartum topics.
- Intimate, expert-led group virtual sessions to focus on trimester-specific topics.
- Coverage for doulas and milk shipping, if additional eligibility criteria is met.
- Coverage for virtual childbirth education classes, and more!
