Get Connected to Your Mental Health and Wellbeing Resources

What to Know

At DuPont, we care about your mental health and wellbeing. We recognize that we’re each at different phases of our life journeys. No matter where you are on your journey, you can access resources to support the diverse needs of you and your family.

Start with Your Accolade Health Assistants

A one-size-fits-all approach to mental health and emotional wellbeing doesn’t work. Use your Accolade Health Assistant as the starting point on your mental health and emotional wellbeing journey. Your Assistant will direct you to the right resource, based on your unique need, such as self-paced activities to sustain a health state of mind, coaching for exercise or sleep support, short- or long-term counseling, and more.

Call an Accolade Health Assistant at 1-877-383-4756, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET. You’ll complete an intake session where your Health Assistant will ask questions to identify the right resource for you and may request to have a behavioral health clinician join the call for additional care coordination.

Managing the stress of daily life

While we can’t take away all the stress involved with caring for your loved ones, we do offer resources to help.

  • Back-up care for children and adults. Bright Horizons helps with childcare including sitters, nannies, and even pet care. In addition, there are resources available for elder care and managing parental leave. These providers have been handpicked by Bright Horizons experts and are designed for your family’s ongoing needs. Some providers may offer discounts under this program as well. This program is available to all benefit-eligible employees.
  • Support for new moms. Milk Stork provides breast milk delivery service for nursing mothers who travel on business or for leisure. Nursing mothers have two options for support:
    • Pump and ship, which provides everything needed for mothers who prefer to have refrigerated breast milk shipped home when they’re traveling.
    • Pump and tote, which provides equipment so that mothers can pump from wherever they are and then carry their refrigerated milk home with them.

This program is available to all benefit-eligible employees.
