Get Connected to Your Mental Health and Well-being Resources
What to Know
At DuPont, we care about your mental health and well-being. We recognize that we’re each at different phases of our life journeys. No matter where you are on your journey, you can access resources to support the diverse needs of you and your family.
Start with Your Accolade Health Assistants
A one-size-fits-all approach to mental health and emotional well-being doesn’t work. Use your Accolade Health Assistant as the starting point on your mental health and emotional well-being journey. Your Assistant will direct you to the right resource, based on your unique need, such as self-paced activities to sustain a health state of mind, coaching for exercise or sleep support, short- or long-term counseling, and more.
Call an Accolade Health Assistant at 1-877-383-4756, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET. You’ll complete an intake session where your Health Assistant will ask questions to identify the right resource for you and may request to have a behavioral health clinician join the call for additional care coordination.
