Treatment Through Your DuPont Medical Plan

If you’re enrolled in the Core, Premium Saver, or Traditional Copay PPO medical plan options, you have several forms of substance use support through our medical plan provider, Aetna.

In-Person or Online Treatment Through Lyra Health

You and your family can take advantage of a convenient, best-in-class mental health option, Lyra Health. Through Lyra Health, you have access to thousands of high-quality therapists, as well as assistance in finding the right type of substance use treatment you need.

To get started with Lyra Health, visit their website and follow the steps to register. Once you’ve registered, complete a brief wellness questionnaire to receive personalized care recommendations. You can review the high-quality coaches and therapists matched to your needs, then book a virtual or in-person appointment with a board-certified mental health provider. Sessions can be scheduled as quickly as the next day.

All Lyra Health support sessions are billed through your health plan, meaning that any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles for in-network mental health services may apply.

Support if You’re Not Enrolled in a DuPont Medical Plan

If you and your dependents are not enrolled in a DuPont Medical Plan, you can access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential, 24/7 support for any substance use disorders.

You can get started by calling ComPsych at 1-844-856-8778 or visiting their website (use company web ID “DUPONTEAP”) and asking for a free, confidential intake session.
