At DuPont, we believe in your future and want to help with your development. All full-time, regular employees are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Program, which provides reimbursement for degrees pursued for employees’ current role or desired future opportunities.
How It Works
All full-time, regular employees are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Program, which provides reimbursement up to:
- $7,500 per year for approved undergraduate, master’s, and MBA programs, and
- $15,000 per year for approved executive MBA, specialty, and doctorate programs.
Courses must be taken at an accredited institution, school, or university and must be included in the required curriculum for the completion of the degree.
To receive reimbursement, employees must pay upfront for out-of-pocket expenses covered by the Tuition Assistance Program (e.g., tuition and textbooks), and then fill out the reimbursement claim form within 90 days following course completion.
