About Virtual Health Care

Virtual health care is included as part of your DuPont Medical Plan benefits and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These services can help you get care when:

  • It’s not convenient to leave work
  • Your regular provider isn’t available
  • You have a non-emergency health concern after office hours

You can meet with a provider by phone or video, and the provider can assess your condition, manage your care, and prescribe medication to your local pharmacy when appropriate. Below is an overview of the virtual health care options available to you.

Ongoing Primary Care (Adults Only)

CVS Virtual Care offers comprehensive, ongoing primary care, like visiting a regular primary care provider but as a virtual experience. With CVS Virtual Care, adults age 18 and older enrolled in a DuPont Medical Plan can receive:

  • Ongoing management of chronic conditions (such as asthma and diabetes)
  • Wellness visits and annual health assessments
  • Follow-up care after in-person visits
  • Medication adjustments and refills

The Best Part?

Visit with the same dedicated primary care provider using a secure, easy to use platform, so your care stays consistent, and you can build a relationship.

When you begin your relationship with CVS Virtual Care, you’ll receive a Welcome Kit, which includes a blood pressure and heart rate monitor at no cost to you.

To get started with virtual primary care call 1-866-211-5678 or visit the CVS Virtual Care website.

  • Common colds and flu
  • Sore throats and ear infections
  • Allergies and rashes

Telemedicine is a convenient option when you need help—especially after hours—for common, non-emergency conditions.
