What to Know
Use this page to learn about important steps you should take now for the new plan year that begins on January 1, 2025. On this page you can also find support if you have any questions about your benefits or need help making post-enrollment changes.
If You Need to Make Changes
Annual Enrollment for 2025 benefits began on October 23 and ended on November 5, 2024. The benefits elected during Annual Enrollment will be in effect from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
If you identified an error with your 2025 benefit elections and need to make any changes or corrections, you have until December 13 to do so. Get started by calling DuPont Connection at 1-833-253-7719, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT. Note that any changes or corrections must be made by phone and will not be accepted after the correction window ends on December 13.
Post-Enrollment Action Items
You’ve enrolled in your 2025 benefits—now what? Here are a few important items to consider:
- Lookout for new medical plan ID cards. All DuPont Medical Plan participants will receive new ID cards in the mail for use in 2025. Watch your mailbox!
- Download your DuPont benefits apps. Get started by visiting the Mobile Apps page. When you download these apps, you can register with our benefits partners and find all the latest information related to your DuPont benefits plans and resources.
- Check your beneficiaries. Staying up to date with your beneficiaries ensures your benefits are paid out in accordance with your wishes if something unexpected happens. You can update your employee life, AD&D, and HSA beneficiaries at any time during the year on DuPont Connection.
- Use any remaining funds in your healthcare FSA. As a reminder your healthcare FSA is a “use-it-or-lose-it” account. You have until April 15, 2025, to submit any claims you incurred between January 1 and December 31, 2024, for reimbursement. Learn more about using your healthcare FSA funds.
- Look at your calendar in 2025. If you’re enrolled in a DuPont Medical Plan in 2025, preventive care, such as your annual physical and well-woman exam, are covered at 100%. Start thinking about scheduling these visits. By doing so, you can fast-pass your healthy incentive credit for 2026.
