- Save on backup childcare expenses with Bright Horizons. You can tap into free or discounted services like babysitters, nanny placement, before- and after-school programs, summer camp, tutoring, and more with the help of free enrollment through Bright Horizons.
- Use pre-tax dollars to pay for childcare expenses through the Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Account. This money can be used to pay for eligible expenses such as babysitters or nannies while you’re at work, specialized child care, summer camp, and more.
- Lean on free consultations from RethinkCare for support for children with learning, social, or behavioral challenges. This includes one-on-one access to dedicated Parenting Experts who work across a broad spectrum of children’s needs. You can also tap into expert-led training courses and articles. DuPont covers 100% of the cost for these services.

One of the best ways to save for retirement is by taking advantage of your DuPont Retirement Savings Plan (RSP).
