Aetna One Advocate Overview
Aetna One Advocate is available at no cost to all DuPont Medical Plan participants and their enrolled spouse or domestic partner and dependents. Through Aetna One Advocate, you and your loved ones have access to a range of personalized guidance to help you feel your best. Here are some examples of what Aetna One Advocate can support you with:
- Answering questions about your DuPont Medical Plan.
- Finding in-network providers, urgent care centers, labs, and more.
- Scheduling appointments with your providers.
- Helping you understand any recent diagnoses.
- Simplifying your medicine and track prescriptions.
- Identifying programs to help you manage stress or other conditions.
- Explaining how to save money by staying in-network.
Here are a few examples of common questions Aetna One Advocate can answer:
- Is my upcoming procedure going to be covered?
- Why was I billed for this test?
- Can you help me find an in-network provider?
- I was just diagnosed with diabetes—now what?
- What type of questions should I ask my doctor during my annual physical?
In addition, Aetna One Advocate offers several specialized programs, which include:
- Health and wellness support—a 24-hour nurse line, virtual care through Teladoc and CVS Virtual Care, integrated pharmacy services, institutes of excellence for members facing fertility challenges, and transgender support centers.
- Chronic condition support—Special assistance for knee and hip replacement surgery through Healthy Better, as well as Transform Oncology Care for access to genetic screenings and personalized oncology support.
- Emotional support—Enhanced care management through Aetna Compassionate Care, applied behavioral analysis and behavioral health treatments for Autism, support for mental and emotional health, substance use, eating disorders, and more.
