What to Know
We’ve got you covered: Annual Enrollment is October 22 through November 4, 2025. This is your moment to plan for the year. Whether you’re updating your benefits or keeping them as they are, you have clear options and tools to help you make choices with confidence. The benefits you select will be in effect from January 1 to December 31, 2026, so you can spend 2026 calm, cool, and covered.
This information applies only to DuPont employees. Qnity and Aramids employees will have different Annual Enrollment timelines and materials.
Before You Enroll
Before you enroll in your benefits for the 2026 plan year:

- Visit the new Virtual Benefits Fair. It’s easier than ever to explore your options, learn what’s available, and find support that keeps you covered throughout the year.
- Explore this website and consider what changes you’d like to make. You may discover that we provide programs and resources you didn’t know about before!

This information will be updated for 2026 in January. Any benefit changes for 2026 have been noted in the what’s new document above.
When You’re Ready to Enroll
When you’re ready to enroll, you have two options:
- Enroll online by visiting DuPont Connection. The deadline to act online is 11:59 p.m. CT on November 4.
- Enroll by phone by calling 1-833-253-7719. The deadline to act by phone is 5:00 p.m. CT on November 4.
If You Don’t Enroll
If you do not enroll by 11:59 p.m. CT on November 4, 2025, here’s what will happen:
- Your 2025 medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death insurance, and your voluntary benefits elections as well as your covered dependents will carry over into 2025.
- Your 2025 Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution will carry over into 2026 if you’re enrolled in the Core or Premium Saver medical plan options.
- Your 2025 elections for the Health Care and Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will not carry over into 2026.
- You will miss the opportunity to purchase additional vacation days for 2026.
Take Note!
If you don’t act during Annual Enrollment, you won’t be able to enroll in DuPont benefits again until fall 2026—unless you have a qualifying life event.
