2025 Annual Enrollment
What to Know
Find your fit for 2025: Annual Enrollment is October 23 through November 5, 2024. As you think about your benefits for next year, consider how your family’s needs have changed. During Annual Enrollment choose the benefits that will best fit your life in the year ahead, then enroll. The benefits you elect will be in effect from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
Before You Enroll
Before you enroll in your benefits for the 2025 plan year:
- See what’s new and what’s changing in 2025.
- Access the virtual benefits fair to learn more about your current benefit offerings and resources.
- Explore this website and consider what changes you’d like to make for next year. You may discover that we provide programs and resources you didn’t know about before!Note: All plan details on the site describe 2024 benefits. All the details will be updated for 2025 in January. Anything that has changed is noted in the document above.
When You’re Ready to Enroll
When you’re ready to enroll, you have two options:
- You can enroll online by visiting DuPont Connection. The deadline to act online is 11:59 p.m. CT on November 5.
- You can enroll by phone by calling 1-833-253-7719. The deadline to act by phone is 5:00 p.m. CT on November 5.
If You Don’t Enroll
If you do not enroll by 11:59 p.m. CT on November 5, 2024, here’s what will happen:
- Your 2024 medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death insurance, and your voluntary benefits elections as well as your covered dependents will carry over into 2025.
- Your 2024 Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution will carry over into 2025 if you’re enrolled in the Core or Premium Saver medical plan options.
- Your 2024 elections for the Health Care and Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will not carry over into 2025.
- You will miss the opportunity to purchase additional vacation days for 2025.
Most importantly, if you do not act during Annual Enrollment, you will not have another opportunity to enroll in your DuPont benefits until the next enrollment period, which will be in October 2025, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
